Ingredients:
to taste Chillipowder
to taste Dhania powder
2tbsp Fresh cream
to taste Garam masala
5number Garlic-(finely chopped)
to taste Ghee
to fry Oil
1number Onion-small(chopped)
1000ml Paneer from milk
3bunch Spinach
3number Tomatoes
1cup Toor dhal-(cooked)
Directions:
Heat the kadai with oil and season it with mustard,urad dhal,cumin,red pepper flakes.
Saute finely cut onions and garlic till transparent.
Add diced tomatoes,washed and cut spinach, dhania powder,chilli powder,garam masala and one teaspoon of ghee.Saute till the masala and spinach is cooked.
Add the cooked dhal,mix them well.
Finally add the paneer and fresh cream for about 5 minutes.Serve hot with chapati,roti...
